We are in Nova Santa Ponsa, a residential area to the south west of the beach and the village of Santa Ponsa. It is a quiet, green area, fantastic for long walks, and almost completely surrounded by the sea. Our favourite spot in the area? A viewpoint at the end of the neighbourhood with panoramic views of the ocean and the small Malgrat islands. There are very few places we can think of that are better for watching the sunset. We arrive at this South facing exclusive villa at the end of a dead end street for cars but not for pedestrians. When standing outside it is not only the design that catches your attention, but also the modern shapes, the materials used and above all, the style. No surprise here, we’re looking at a brand new villa.
