This beautiful property is perfect to enjoy the peace and quietness of la Cerdanya at any time of the year. It is only a few minutes away from Puigcerdà and several ski resorts by car. 

On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room, a bathroom and a small machine room. On the first floor, 3 double bedrooms and a toilet. Climbing the spiral staircase, we reach the second floor, a fantastic open space with a double bed, a sofa bed and a desk for working. Outside, an 80 m2 private garden and a small house for storing tools, firewood and barbecue.
